Last week, we therefore opened the doors to our premises for an Open House, where visitors had the opportunity to get to know us and our business a little better. The day was characterized by pleasant meetings, delicious cakes, coffee, laughter and some fun elements – but above all by curiosity and commitment to education and safety in the workplace.

50 years with a focus on safety and quality

Since the start in 1976, our goal has been clear: to contribute to a safer, more competent and sustainable work environment through education and knowledge. That ambition has followed us through every step of the company’s development – from our first training courses and printed textbooks, to today’s modern instructor training courses and digital e-learning solutions.

The anniversary year is therefore not just about looking back – but perhaps even more about showing how we continue to develop.

Our instructor training courses in focus

During the Open House, we showcased, among other things, our instructor training courses in the work safety, which are aimed at companies and organizations that want to train internally or externally with high quality and clear pedagogy. Visitors got an insight into how our training courses are structured, how theory is combined with practice and how we ensure that our instructors get the right tools to succeed.

Modern training facilities

We also took the opportunity to show our training facilities in Lund, where we offer both a theory room and an adapted practice environment. This makes it possible to carry out realistic, effective and engaging training courses where participants have the opportunity to practice on elements that reflect real work situations. For us, the learning environment is a crucial part of the quality of training.

Training materials – from textbooks to e-learning

Another important part of the day was the presentation of our training materials, which include both our own textbooks and digital e-learning. The material is designed to support both instructors and participants before, during and after training – and is designed to be clear, practical and updated according to current requirements and recommendations.
